  • Cancellation Policy

    GFBE/VFX 2019 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation for paid registration received in writing within 7 (five) business days of purchase date are fully refundable, less a $100 processing fee. Cancelation between 7 (seven) days and 21 (twenty one) after your purchase date is 50% refundable, less a $500 processing fee. From 22 days after your purchasing date no cancellations are accepted and 0 (zero) refundable. All cancellation requests should be sent a formal request email at GFBEreg@GFBA.vegas or fax at 702-935-8880.
