Parking
First hour of self-parking is free. The self-parking fee is $9 for vehicles parked over 1 hour to 2 hours, $12 for vehicles parked over 2 hours to 4 hours, $15 for vehicles parked over 4 hours to 24 hours.
Complimentary 24-hour parking for hotel guests.

Exhibitors will be permitted access 30 minutes prior to show floor opening each day.

Exhibit Space Contracts and Company Listings

It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to submit a completed exhibit space contract and to provide Show Management with current company information (i.e. correct spelling of company name, additional listings, address, contact, etc.).

STAFF BADGES

All personnel accessing the show floor are required to wear an “EXHIBITOR” badge at all times. Each company is allotted 4 badges dependent on booth package. If you need additional staff badges, please email Flo@vegasfoodexpo.com by Friday, October 4. Booth staff must be registered.

Business Center is located in the Conference Center foyer.

Tuesday, September 17, 2019 FIRST DAY ADVANCE WAREHOUSE RECEIVING
The advance warehouse will start accepting freight on this date. M‐F 8:00am – 4:00pm.
Tuesday, September 24, 2019 ADVANCE ORDER DISCOUNT DEADLINE
Forms must be received by Viper with Full Payment. This is also the deadline for
cancellations. No refunds or discounts are provided after this date.
Tuesday, October 1, 2019 LATE TO WAREHOUSE
Advance Warehouse must receive your freight by EOD on 10/1/19 to avoid late charges.
Friday, October 4, 2019 LAST DAY OF ADVANCE WAREHOUSE RECEIVING
Last day Advance Warehouse will accept exhibit material. (You will be charged a late fee
but your freight will be in your booth at the start of exhibitor move‐in!)
Tuesday, October 8, 2019 SHOW SITE DELIVERIES
7:00 AM ‐ 4:00 PM ONLY! ALL show site shipments are to be delivered this day only. Shipments sent before this
date are at risk of being refused, or charges by venue and Viper may apply.
PERISHABLE SHIPMENTS MUST BE SENT DIRECTLY TO SHOW SITE ONLY!
